Justifications: To provide teens and young adult women significant nurturing, intimate fellowship, and relationship in a safe environment that encourages them to understand God’s plan and purpose for their lives.

• The fellowship has refreshments and elements of networking and dialoguing and that will allow women to relax without being guarded or fearful
• As women share with one another and build trust, their relationships will encourage healing of self-esteem, courage, and create opportunities to develop strategies to eliminate stress, dysfunction, and frustration
• Develop methods of instruction that highlight the application of God’s work with practical techniques (e.g., discussing a book dealing with women’s issues)
